Send an alert for a device.

device_id required The id of the device.

Example Value: 555
type required

The alert type.

May Include: emergency_alert, fall_detected_alert, missed_check_in, no_motion_occurred, silent_alert

date optional The date the alert occurred in UTC. Must be in format YYYY-MM-DD hh:mm:ss.

Example Values: 2012-02-28 18:08:05
